Baker Bettie will demo the techniques behind this classic frosted Swiss roll cake, including the chocolate cake, whipped cream filling, and chocolate ganache, plus meringue mushrooms and sugared cranberries for decoration!
Students will end this course with the knowledge to bake and assemble their own version of this stunning holiday dessert.
