Neapolitan Style Pizza Class (Livestream Replay)

This is a livestream course that will be held on 3/20/24

Join chef instructor Kristin "Baker Bettie" Hoffman on Wednesday, March 20th from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM/CST to learn how to make homemade Neapolitan-style pizza at home! Students can bake along live, simply watch and ask questions, or watch the recording at a later date.

We will be covering:

  • How fermentation affects flavor and color on pizza crust
  • How to make Neapolitan Style Pizza Dough
  • How to stretch pizza dough by hand
  • How to make Neapolitan-style pizza sauce
  • How to prep your oven for baking a Neapolitan-style pizza at home

A shopping and equipment list as well as a workbook of recipes will be sent out by March 8th or before.
