Breakfast Pastries (Danish, Scones, & More!)

Join chef instructor Kristin "Baker Bettie" Hoffman on Saturday, February 17th at 3pm/CST to learn all about Breakfast Pastries! Students can bake along live, simply watch and ask questions, or watch the recording at a later date.

We will be covering:

  • How to make Quick Puff Pastry
  • How to make scones that are tender and flaky
  • Blueberry Lemon Scones
  • Cream Cheese Danish
  • Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Turnovers

A shopping and equipment list as well as a workbook of recipes will be sent out by February 9th or before .
