Join chef instructor Kristin "Baker Bettie" Hoffman virtually to get ready for Thanksgiving!

Baker Bettie will walk the students through prepping the components for her Creamiest Pumpkin Pie as well as her soft dinner roll recipe so they are ready to bake for Thanksgiving!

During class you will make the pie crust and blind bake it to store in the freezer until later in the week. We will also prepare the pumpkin pie filling and optional sugared cranberries & rosemary for garnish. Baker Bettie will also walk you through making the yeast roll dough, shaping the rolls, and freezing to be baked later in the week. Each student will receive a detailed workbook that will include a timeline and instructions for baking the pie and rolls for Thanksgiving.
